2.) I-129F Petition with accompanying money order for $95.00. 3.) Birth certificate for the U.S. Citizen to prove Citizenship. Use a Photocopy and send the original to your fiancé(e) so they will have it for their interview at the U.S. Embassy 4.) FC-029 "Copy Certification" form signed and dated. Click Here to see a sample. 5.) Proof of having met in the past two years 6.) Evidence of a valid relationship 7.) Photocopy of your U.S. Passport identification page. 8.) Two G-325A forms signed and dated. One for your fiancé(e) and one for yourself. 9.) Two adit pictures for each of you as specified on the INS Form M-378. The Pictures must be taken within 30 days of your submission of the petition. Place the Photographs in a clear Plastic bag with "Photographs" Printed on it and attach them to the G-325A forms. Also you must lightly print your names on the back of the Photographs using a pencil or felt tip pen. 10.) Affidavit of bona fide intentions to marry signed and notarized. Photocopies of any divorce decrees terminating a previous marriage that you or your fiancé(e) may have had with a Certified translation into english. |
